
Our Organic Herd are primarily Hereford or Aberdeen Angus Beef. They are bred and slow reared to Soil Association and Red Tractor affiliation and standards, are not fed any additives and are antibiotic free.
Cuts include:
Joints (including Silverside, Topside, Top Rump, Boxeater, Brisket), Stewing Steak, Mince, Sausages, Burgers, Tenderloin, Steaks (including Rump, Sirloin, Fillet, Ribeye).
